Everyone goes on holidays........and the spotty van!

Hi folks,
Well it's that time of year again when our family thinks of holidays. Firstly Jason went on his annual holiday to Germany at the end of August and took our lovely PLAIN yellow dog van. This is how it came back.....................................spotty!
and the other side! Dad nearly had a fit I can tell you, but he must have got used to it 'cos the spots are still on it and the bullet holes too, although the "oh sh*t lions has been removed!

Then it was Mum and Dad's annual trip to Rhodes, while they were away Lucy and Phoebe played double-decker-dogs hee, hee!
They couldn't get a package this year to stay in the Matina apartments where they usually go, so had to stay in the next apartments along called the Lindia Thalassa. Apparently there was a hole in the fence between the two so they spent most of their time catching up with their friends in the Matina bar. Mum also wanted me to say Hi to Anthea and Martin who they met there one night, so Hi to you two! Anyway, back to the photo's here they are looking chilled outside their apartment.

This was the view of the sea from the apartment....................................
and this is literally how close it was from their apartment to the beach, just down those steps....
No holiday dog for them this year, but they did have a Felix look alike join them instead..............
and a little lizard they found on the rock every morning, cute isn't he for a reptile that is! Not keen on them myself, I imagine they would be a bit crunchy........................
They did an evening trip to Rhodes Town and a bit of sightseeing................................
These are the Medieval cobbled streets of the old Rhodes town, apparently it is a world heritage site as being the best preserved Medieval town in the world.....................................
Then they went to a Taverna for supper as part of the trip and met Sarah and Paul. The trip also included a short cruise round the harbour which was a bit chilly to say the least. Sarah hadn't brought a cardi, so she borrowed Dad's shirt....................................
Here they are posing under the Greek flag!
Anyway, we were all good while they were away, apart from Luce, who was the usual little baggage, but it's good to have them back and be back to our usual routine.
Well, that's all the news for now, catch you later!
